Chef Manager - Niko Cristian Sinisgalli He is 32 years old and he is considerated one of most talented and a coming Chef of cuisine of the new generation.
Niko Cristian Sinisgalli, was born in Policoro (Matera), he worked and studied at the school of Don Alfonso 1890. He wants to reinterpret the heart of a simple and understandable kitchen with tradition, evolution and modernity. The “carte” and the wine-cellar are unison and give special gourmet moments. It is a gift whom leaves the pleasure of reminiscence.
His passion was born when he was a child, he was interesting to the kitchen of his grand-mother (she wash his teacher from basi sto the traditional cuisine, homemade pasta, salami, sauce, ragù, hot pepper with basil, etc… All those things are fundamental today in Niko’s kitchen but in a creative way.
He was everyday at market with his father to buy meat, fish, vegetables and there he learned the quality of products. And then the great and very important meeting with Don Alfonso. So its kitchen was becoming creatività, culinary art, it become expression, language.
For Niko Cristian Sinisgalli the culinary art is more than just serving superb dishes.
It’s the art of welcoming our guests, the attention to detail, taking care even of finest point.
