VIVA HOTELS

We are a Florentine Hotel Group which was born in 1975 as an entrepreneurship initiative to create a new reference point in the world of Hotel Service.

It has been developing till the end of 80's by the acquisition of new structures , which were considering themeselves to be situated in the most important parts of the city, as well as in the historical centre or in the industrial area, responding therefore to both the leisure and the business tourism demand.

With five hotels, three and four star-rated, 431 rooms, 6 meeting rooms, VIVAHOTELS is a unit with considerable importance on the Florentine hotel market (a considerable reality in the Florentine hotel panorama).

From the year of 1993 VIVAHOTELS assumed the role of maintaining the Florentine ancient artistic values, restoring important painting works. This soon has become a part of the company philosophy.

From 1998 VIVAHOTELS adopted the ideas of the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation, which is attached to the world of culture, contributing therefore to a series of initiatives regarding the integration of young people coming from different countries.

VIVAHOTELS is a dynamic group, mainly consisted of young people, which dispones important corporate growth objectives, regarding the organization of its activities and also the development of the quality of its services provided to the Hotels (clients). The latter are certified by the ISO 9002 certification.
