The Viva Hotel Fleming Florence is located in the Novoli area (north-west side of Florence). In the 70's, after a high urbanistic development, this area became the most important business and commercial centre of Florence. In the next years all the area of Novoli will be interested in a big change. In fact it will be the new hearth of Florence as regards university and civic service activities.

By car

From the highway A1, take the exit Firenze nord and continue for 900 meters. The hotel is situated on your right hand side.

By train

Santa Maria Novella railway station distances 3 km from the hotel. Take the bus nr. 22 and get off at the stop "Valdisieve".

From the airport Firenze/Peretola "A. Vespucci"

The airport has good connections to the center of the city, which can be reached in about fifteen minutes by taxi, and about twenty minutes by the Sita/Ataf service "Fly by Bus" between the airport and Santa Maria Novella railway station.
